Our Story

Established in February 2017 by Tom Bilkey, Development Construction is a civil construction company delivering quality products and projects of any size. We are a forward-thinking company that specialises in sub-divisional work including earthworks, retaining walls, driveways and drainage and infrastructure works.

We pride ourselves on understanding our clients' needs and delivering high-quality end results, with a consistent ability to deliver our projects on time and on budget. With expert management and efficient communication processes our customers value our adaptability, innovative thinking and attention to detail, cementing our reputation as a contractor of choice.

We provide common sense solutions with systems and procedures that are third party accredited including attaining the Construction Health and Safety New Zealand Tōtika Performing accreditation, and adhering to all current WaterCare health and safety requirements.
